Fireworks Guidelines

To keep our community safe and peaceful, the Silos Community Association has a policy restricting the hours and types of fireworks that are allowed. Here's what you need to know:
✅ Allowed Fireworks (on your own lot only): Sparklers, Fountains, Smoke balls, Crackle or strobe items, Spinners, wheels, and other novelty fireworks
❌ NOT Allowed (anywhere in the community): Anything that leaves the ground like: Bottle rockets, Roman candles, Aerials, Artillery shells, Missiles or similar items
When can you use allowed fireworks?
July 4th: From dusk until 12:30 a.m. on July 5th
December 31st: From dusk until 12:30 a.m. on January 1st
December 31st: From dusk until 12:30 a.m. on January 1st
Important Reminders:
Fireworks are not allowed on streets, sidewalks, parks, or common areas—only on your own property.
Kids under 16 must be supervised by an adult when using fireworks.
Always check if a burn ban is in place before lighting anything.

Violations can cost up to $1,000 per incident, and additional fines may apply for damages or cleanup. No warnings will be issued—this policy is enforced as a health and safety matter.
