Casey Grothues
Community Manager
Duties:
•Manage Association staff
• Financials & assessments
• Community Standards / Violations; reporting or updating on statuses of a letter you may have received
• Rules and regulations of the Association
• Association operations including the roles and responsibilities of contractors providing services to the community (i.e. pest control, landscaper, etc.)

With a degree in Business Administration from the New England College of Business, Casey is bringing years of experience in office administration to her role as Community Manager.
Casey is a San Antonio native who loves what the city has to offer, including the various hiking trails, the Pearl, and any local spots offering sports and entertainment. A die-hard Spurs and Longhorns fan, she can usually be found in front of the TV on game days cheering "Hook em" or "Go Spurs Go!" The only non-Texas team you can find her cheering for is her favorite NFL team, the New Orleans Saints. Casey is a mom to two teenagers, three dogs and three cats, and recently got married in the Fall of 2024.
In her spare time Casey likes to play volleyball, watch sports, and enjoys crafts, cooking, and baking. When asked what excites her about being on the HOA team at Silos, Casey said "I'm very excited to get to know the residents at Silos and enjoy the adventure!"
