Leasing Policy Overview & FAQs

What the HOA Does (and Does Not Do)
The HOA DOES
- Maintain lease and tenant records
- Manage amenity and access systems
- Communicate community rules and updates
- Enforce governing documents when needed
The HOA DOES NOT
- Act as a property manager
- Screen or approve tenants
- Negotiate or control lease terms
- Manage day-to-day rental activity
Our Goal
Our goal is not to restrict homeowners, but to ensure that leased properties are:
- Properly documented
- Consistently managed
- Aligned with community standards
This helps maintain a safe, well-functioning environment for all residents—both owners and tenants.
